Did you know that some employers are starting to offer student loan repayment assistance as an employee benefit? Some of these employers are offering this benefit to part time employees as well as full time. The employer will give you a certain percentage or dollar amount for you to apply towards your loans. Other employers are offering a link to your 401k, meaning that if you put a certain percentage of your income towards your student loan payment they will put a certain percentage of your income into the company retirement plan.
