About Scott
I graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1990 and in 2011, completed my Master’s Degree in Financial Services from The American College.
For over twenty years, I worked for TIAA-CREF, where I helped numerous people achieve their financial goals and retire well.
In 2015, I moved into the role of a college professor teaching financial planning at Alfred State College.
I joined Irvine Wealth Planning Strategies in 2018, and look forward to working as a planner again while continuing to teach the next generation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals.
I feel I am an expert with the New York State retirement system and the collegiate community.
Outside of work, one can most often find me enjoying time with my wife and two teenage sons, at church or a church event, or reading my Kindle in a comfortable chair.
